Service Description

The initial visit is approximately one hour and involves a full medical history taking as well as some physical exams to assess overall health and investigate current health concerns. Information required to create an individual treatment plan is obtained and explored.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for cancellation of all appointments or the full visit fee will be charged.
